Meet the Synths

Your next colleague isn't a hire. It's a Synth.

Not a tool. Not an agent waiting for instructions. A colleague with a job to own — and a human boss to answer to. Synths are named, role-defined AI entities with persistent memory. They communicate like humans, operate inside the tools your team already uses, and earn trust through reliability and transparency — handling the cognitive workload so your people focus on judgment, creativity and relationships.

I've drafted responses to all 42 tender questions — ready for your review. I flagged 3 that need a pricing decision.

Meet your Synths

Four colleagues, ready to start

Each Synth has a name, a role and a job to own — modelled on the way a great teammate would work.

Sage
Knowledge Synth

Know-how that doesn't leave when people do.

  • Answers plain-English questions from your manuals, specs and policies — with citations.
  • Captures expertise before it walks out the door.
  • Onboards new hires from day one with reliable, sourced answers.
"That spec was revised in v4 — here's the current clause and the page it's on."
Alfred
Bid Synth

  • Drafts answers to every tender question from your past bids and knowledge base.
  • Keeps the response on-message and on-deadline.
  • Flags the questions that need a human decision.

Otto
Procurement Synth

Supplier quotes gathered, compared and ranked overnight.

  • Chases suppliers for quotes so your team doesn't have to.
  • Normalises and compares quotes on a like-for-like basis.
  • Ranks options and explains the trade-offs.
"5 quotes in. Supplier B is 12% cheaper but a week slower — your call."
Remy
CRM Synth

Get your salespeople doing the selling, not data entry.

  • Logs calls, emails and meetings to the CRM automatically.
  • Keeps records clean, current and complete.
  • Surfaces the next best action before each conversation.
"I've updated the deal and logged your call. Acme wants pricing by Friday."
Why Synths

What makes a Synth a Synth

Four things separate an AI colleague from yet another tool.

Meets you where you work

Talks like a colleague in plain language, right inside the tools your team already uses — no prompting rituals, no new platform to learn.

Builds trust through transparency

Stable identity, persistent memory, explains its reasoning, and escalates to its human boss when needed.

Frees humans for what matters

Handles the mechanisable so your people do judgment, creativity and relationships.

Works on its own initiative

Acts on a schedule and on triggers — drafts the bid, chases the quote, updates the record before you ask.

Synth Capabilities

What every Synth can do

Synths draw on a shared library of capabilities, combined and configured for each role.

Know-all on tap

Has read all your documents, emails and CRM data, and points you to what you need in seconds.

Always-on front desk

Answers customers in your brand voice, around the clock, straight from your own knowledge.

Your early-warning system

Watches the market, your rivals and the chatter, so you spot risk and opportunity first.

Your best rep, on every visit

Greets and qualifies website visitors 24/7 with the depth of your top salesperson.

The expert in every meeting

Feeds the right spec, price or policy into the call the moment it's needed.

A tireless interviewer

Runs intake and feedback conversations, then hands you clean, structured answers.

Gets the whole job done

Carries multi-step processes to the finish, using judgment and checking in only when it should.

How it works

How they join your team

Synths onboard the way a person would — given a role, plugged into your systems, and trusted incrementally.

1

Modelled as colleagues

We give each Synth a name, a role and a clear remit — configured with your terminology, brand voice and the guardrails you set.

2

Embedded in your systems

They connect to the tools you already use — Google Workspace and Slack — and work where your team works.

3

Trust, operationalised

Autonomy expands as trust is earned. Every interaction is logged — what was asked, answered and which knowledge was used — with a full audit trail.
